An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be either a newly retired or retiring soon expert in steel connection design looking for an opportunity to use their expertise to help grow a business unit and to help ISD grow in the Connection Design arena.

 The other type of candidate will be currently employed by a successful Engineering firm but wants more challenges like growing a business unit using their connection design expertise.

The ideal candidate will continue in our quest to insure that all our work meets the accuracy and quality standards demanded by our customers.

In 2008, ISD celebrated its 21st anniversary and the future has never looked better. We have over 50 employees, including award-winning and certified detailers with offices in San Antonio and our headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA.

With 45 SDS/2 detailing and review workstations along with a new Tekla Division, a large checking staff, we are able to meet all the needs of our customers on a timely basis. State of the art equipment and software enable us to push the boundaries of today’s steel industry with our innovative and creative approach to steel detailing. Structural / Civil Engineer with PE and Steel Connection Design Expertise
Must have PE or about to acquire it
